From the owner . . .

When I moved to Clark Fork, ID after selling a successful hair salon in Southern California, there was only one other salon in town. After visiting it, I knew I could morally never work there. I prayed about it and decided to rent a little house on the main drag, hang up a sign, get a few supplies and see if I could make a living with no clientele. Or at least break even for a while.
From day one, God blessed my little one chair salon, and it gently took off. The lovely town’s people were welcoming and supportive. So I bought the building and did a cute complete exterior/interior remodel, and then the other salon in town closed it doors.
After a while, another stylist wanted to join me, so I put in a second station. Business became so good I needed to remodel the interior and make room for two more hair stations, adding a facial massage room, and mani/pedi room. When the pandemic hit I was truly glad that I had expanded as Idaho was pretty open and the population really grew and so did the need for our services. And at that time I did a complete exterior makeover to reflect our bright new future.
For me, it’s always been about serving the community and accommodating other technicians in making a rewarding living. Now, 26 years later here, and 50 years in the beauty business, it’s time to turn the reins over to someone with more energy and a desire to make their own legacy. God has truly blessed me in the journey, from just me, to having four other cosmetologists, two part-time estheticians, one nail tech and two part-time receptionist.
